Bambi lists live API connections to MTM, ModivCare, Verida, Alivi, and Call the Car, plus CSV-based connections to brokers such as SafeRide Health, Access2Care, and American Logistics, a shorter list overall but with several brokers connected automatically rather than through a portal workflow.

TripMaster runs a web-based dispatch dashboard with the ParaScope driver app, the TripPortal rider web app, and in-vehicle mobile data terminal support. Bambi runs from a web dashboard (Fleet HQ) with the Road Co-Pilot driver app for iOS and Android, plus a broker and facility trip portal, a lighter footprint focused on dispatch and billing rather than in-vehicle hardware.

TripMaster markets fast, responsive support, and reviewers generally back that up, describing the team as quick to respond even when the software occasionally has bugs. Bambi assigns a dedicated onboarding specialist to handle data migration and broker setup, and markets a roughly one-week path to going live for most providers, plus live customer support included in the flat monthly price rather than sold separately.

DispatchBot is gone as an independent option, so this decision really comes down to TripMaster against Bambi. TripMaster fits a fleet that wants a longer operating history and named broker partnerships including ModivCare, even with pricing that requires a sales call. Bambi fits a fleet that wants a published, flat per-vehicle rate with no contract and a newer, more modern interface, weighed against a shorter operating history since its 2023 founding.
