1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Medflow Digital's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Medflow Digital provides digital marketing, web development, graphic design, and SEO services to medical and healthcare professionals. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Website design and development
• Search engine optimization (SEO)
• Digital marketing campaigns
• Graphic design and branding
• Content creation and management

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment including credit cards, bank transfers, and other methods as specified during the checkout process.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. Services are billed on a project basis or monthly retainer, depending on the agreement.

Late payments may result in suspension of services and/or additional fees as specified in your service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Medflow Digital and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Medflow Digital.

Upon full payment for services rendered, you will own the rights to the deliverables created specifically for your project, unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service and contact us in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Medflow Digital, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for services during the term of your engagement.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
