Traumasoft includes training through its Virtual Classroom and offers guided onboarding, though Capterra reviews consistently describe a steep learning curve tied to the platform's role-based workflows, and several reviewers flag slow or inconsistent support response times. TripMaster markets fast, responsive support as a differentiator, and reviewers generally back that up, describing the team as quick to fix problems even when the software occasionally has bugs.

This comparison really hinges on whether EMS is part of your business. Traumasoft's combined CAD, ePCR, and billing system is a genuine advantage if you run ambulance or EMS operations alongside NEMT, letting you run one platform instead of stitching two together. If your business is NEMT or paratransit only, TripMaster's decades of NEMT-specific broker partnerships and a review base that actually reflects NEMT and paratransit customers, rather than Traumasoft's EMS-skewed reviews, make it the better-informed choice.
