RoutingBox covers the standard NEMT dispatch stack: scheduling, real-time dispatch and GPS driver tracking, route optimization, and mobile apps for both drivers and riders, with a facility booking portal for hospitals and case managers. Its clearest strength is billing and broker compliance, automated invoice and CMS-1500 form generation, electronic signature capture, and a dedicated broker billing workflow.

Bambi publishes a flat $69 per vehicle per month, all features included, with no setup fees, no onboarding fees, and no contract lock-in. RoutingBox doesn't display detailed pricing tiers directly on its own site; third-party pricing roundups describe a per-vehicle ladder running roughly $50 a month for small fleets down to around $30 a month for larger fleets, but treat those figures as outside estimates rather than a confirmed rate card and get a written quote from RoutingBox before budgeting against them.

For a fleet running a large number of vehicles, RoutingBox's reported step-down pricing could beat Bambi's flat rate at scale, worth running the actual math on your own vehicle count rather than assuming either model wins by default.

Bambi lists live API connections to MTM, ModivCare, Verida, Alivi, and Call the Car, plus CSV-based connections to brokers such as SafeRide Health, Access2Care, and American Logistics. RoutingBox goes considerably wider: it integrates with MedBatch for medical billing, connects with LogistiCare/ModivCare and MAS for broker billing, holds a published API integration with MTM's Link platform, and markets direct connections to more than 50 regional and national NEMT brokers overall, a larger raw network than Bambi's.

Bambi assigns a dedicated onboarding specialist to handle data migration and broker setup, and markets a roughly one-week path to going live for most providers, with live support included in the flat monthly price. RoutingBox's onboarding follows a standard demo, migration, EDI setup, and training path, with support feedback mixed in independent reviews, some operators describe it as helpful, others reference slower response times, a recurring complaint worth asking about directly.

Both platforms serve private NEMT fleets, but they lead with different strengths. Bambi's edge is a published, flat rate, a modern interface, and a fast setup, all backed by a company that's only been operating since 2023. RoutingBox's edge is depth: a wider broker network, over a decade of NEMT-specific operating history, and billing tools built for high broker-claim volume, offset by pricing that isn't published directly and support feedback that's more mixed than Bambi's.
